ABOUT YOUR TEACHER
My Philosophy
I discovered yoga in 2020, seeking movement and finding something deeper. What began as a way to keep my body active grew into a mindful practice rooted in presence, patience, and self awareness. Through Foundations, Dynamic Vinyasa, and Slow Flow, I invite you to move with intention, breathe with awareness, and reconnect with both body and mind, creating a supportive path inward, guided by breath and conscious movement.
